License for fruit liquor production was granted

On October 5, 2021 (Reiwa 3), Yukikawa Brewing LLC was issued a fruit liquor production license.

We applied on April 15th and it took about half a year, but we are relieved that the license has been granted. Because we are taking advantage of the system of the Special Wine Zone, we will be making wine using grapes grown in Higashikawa Town, but we would like to establish a winemaking method that expresses the climate and environment of this region.
